spaDAY reserves the right to impose a cancellation policy for services that are not cancelled in advance before the following parameters.  *Please be advised, no shows will be charged the full amount for the booked service -Treatments booked for 15 Min to 2 Hour appointments requires 8 Hour Cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the Price of the treatment booked -Treatments booked for 2 to 4 Hours requires 24 Hour Cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the Price of the treatment booked -Treatments lasting 4 to 6 + Hours is 48 Hours requires 48 Hour Cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the Price of the treatment booked -Groups of 2 or more lasting 6+ Hours requires 72 Hour Cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the Price of the treatment booked Thankyou for your considerations as we strive to keep our Choice Therapists and Clients happy and engaged.
