Service Description
This treatment includes an extended massage beginning with our BFF Buffer—a soothing technique that helps reduce muscle soreness, speeds recovery, and increases blood flow for athletes of all levels. This gentle intro softens tissues, invigorates, and relieves stress. We then apply self-heating marine mud along your spine, providing a bubbling, warming detox that targets congestion and promotes deep relaxation. Area focused Red Light Phototherapy promotes healing and soothes inflamation. Please note: When booked with a Master Esthetician, all body massages incorporate lymphatic techniques such as effleurage (long, fluid strokes), ‘The Buff’, and hot stones to enhance circulation. Deep tissue massage is not included, as it is performed by licensed massage therapists.
